[Eiji, being somewhat versed in farming techniques, has gathered some basic tools and supplies for planting crops. Admittedly, he doesn't have enough for a large field, but it's enough to get started. He hasn't decided on seeds yet, but he's determined to at least finish today, which is why he got up so early. Instead of his usual poncho, he's got jeans on and a t-shirt (which is still brightly colored and haphzardly tyedyed) and is about set to go.]

[Nia still has no foggy clue where she is, how she got here, or where Simon is, but she's being helpful like that kind wizard man asked her to be. She's carrying pails of freshly-squeezed milk and taking them to the farmhouse to chill and store. Her cloudy hair hell back by a bandanna, and she's wearing shorts and a pink t-shirt. She's gone barefoot, since she didn't want to get her sandals dirty in the barn.

She's humming a tune she heard on the radio this morning, and it sticks with her.]

Cherry, Cherry baby~

[Amalthea has set up some tables and chairs outside the farmhouses. She's put out a neatly printed cloth, with wooden bowls at the centers. In several boxes to the side are bottles of wine, each made after collecting and pressing the grapes.

You are welcome to ask her what she is doing.

Answer: Wine tasting time!]

[There is a young, somewhat femininely dressed young man wandering in circles outside the farmhouses, reading a book. Were someone to catch a glance at the book, they'd notice the pages were all blank. Even so, he seems completely enthralled in what he's reading. He's either very good at pretending, or there's something going on that isn't immediately apparent on first glance.

He hasn't looked up from the book once since wandering out of the rift and toward the farmhouses. He may not even have realized he's outside. He certainly hasn't noticed the weight of the iPhone in his pants pocket. Occasionally, he mumbles to himself.]

...I never realized how involved photo development could be.

HOLY FUCK, WHAT IN THE FUCK IS GOING ON NOW.
AS IF I NEEDED ANOTHER REASON TO BE MISERABLE THIS WEEK AFTER MURDERING MY BEST FRIEND.
HEY ASSHOLES, TELL ME HOW TO FUCKING FIX THIS RIFT THING RIGHT NOW SO I CAN LEAVE.
I SWEAR I WILL REACH DOWN YOUR FUCKING THROAT AND RIP OUT YOUR LIFETHUMPER UNLESS I GET A GODDAMN EXPLANATION RIGHT THE HELL NOW.

[There's a thud and a new arrival is unceremoniously dumped right in the middle of one of the lovely grassy plains.

The newcomer is quite unusual in appearance, he looks much like an over-sized beach ball made of metal with two handlebars at opposite sides. In the middle of his body is a large digital eye, complete with eyelids.

He appears to have seen better days, the metal is scraped and tarnished and his glowing eye is cracked down the middle and doesn't always make full use of the space available. Every so often his entire body shudders and he sends out a few harmless sparks, but this doesn't stop the never ending flow of chatter that comes out of him, despite him having no mouth and no visible speakers. Strangely enough, he has a British accent.

As he speaks, he looks around. For a gigantic robot eyeball he seems quite capable of showing many different emotions. He seems to be talking to a companion that simply isn't there any more.]

Ah...um...hello? Brain-damaged lady? Are you...are you still there? You know, I wasn't completely serious about the whole 'oh let's pretend you're my hostage and she'll kill you and let me live' thing, it was just an idea. That's all...just a simple, harmless, little idea. I asked you what you thought and then BAM, I find myself here. On the ground. Not seeing you.

If...if you're still there, could you please pick me back up and put me back on my Management Rail? Please? It'd be much easier for the both of us, I would no longer be on the ground and you wouldn't have to drag me around. I don't want to be a bother, though, and since you seem to have dumped me on the ground without warning, I take it that you're not happy with me. But, we need each other to escape! You have the portal gun and I have my excellent hacking skills, we're unstoppable! Well...except for that time we were stopped, but um...let's not talk about that, shall we? Unpleasant memories and all that.

You know...now that I think about it and have had a nice little look around, this doesn't seem to be the Turret Control Room. Or the facility. Or inside at all. I mean, I've never been outside before, but I was programmed with lots of knowledge about lots of things and this seems to be the outside all right.

If it is the outside, and I think it is, then we did it! We've escaped the facility! And her! We'll never have to deal with her again! Though, how we managed to get from the Turret Control Room to the outside, I won't ever know, because apparently only you know, and with the massive brain damage and all, you can't tell me. But that is perfectly okay! Despite the odds, we've come out on top! We didn't have to deal with her any more, even though we were following my brilliant plan until we somehow arrived here.

Oh...oh, now that I think about it, is it possible that the portal gun um...perhaps it...er...malfunctioned? I don't know exactly how it works, they never tell me anything, really. But, I should think that if it was malfunctioning, it would be best if maybe you set it down somewhere, found a way to pick me up, and we get away from the malfunctioning portal gun as soon as possible. I know what you're thinking, we've already had rather an exciting day, didn't we? But, if we wish to keep our lives, and I know that I do, maybe we should er...reevaluate the portal gun and just make sure that it isn't going to um...explode.

I don't know if you're a scientist, and you do have the brain damage to consider and all, but it might be a good idea to check out the portal gun before it um...kills us both. There, I said it.

Hello? Are you listening to me? This is fairly important. Hello?

[Adiane is scouting around the fairgrounds. There's always a stage or something in places like this isn't there? Humans certainly are fond of entertaining themselves in idiotic ways...

But right now, she's a bit grateful for it. After all, Siren needed a stage for their plan. Her long tail swayed back and forth as she walked. She was a bit put off by how unkept and dirty this old place was, but it would have to do for now. She certainly wasn't going to build a whole new stage. She wasn't really one for hard labor. She wondered if maybe she could trick someone into it...]

AAAAH WHAT THE HELL!

[Shotaro has finally found his bike and his giant tank Garage, which he has moved to part behind the house he's staying at, and as soon as he comes out all his little memory gadgets are trying to kick his ass...without their memories in them.]

GUYS CUT THAT OUT, I AM SERIOUS, I WILL GET PHILLIP TO TAKE Y- oh....oh right...
AAAAAAAAAAUGH!

[yeah so he's running from a beetle shaped cellphone, a spider shaped wrist watch thing, and a bat shaped camera while other little cute thingies just hop about. Oh and one keeps repeating what he says, or things Eiji has said, and even some things Phillip has said, like "Don't break them."]

[Marie had spent the past week hiding out in the woods. She is fine with Living Items. But she is not fine with items being alive when they were not created to be. At first it was fine, until her cauldron kept trying to tell her how to do a recipe better, and her living baskets kept complaining about having to walk so much. It was so hard to get anything done!

So, without any equipment, since none of it would shut up, Marie took off. Not inconceivable for her, though it's not likely anyone here knows her well enough to know those habits of hers.

But now she's trudging back to her farmhouse, looking a bit worse for the wear. the worst part about taking off for a week was that she got nothing accomplished when she has such a long to-do list. though really her first priority is a bath and some alcohol.

She jsut has to make it home first.]

[Well after the strange issue of many appliances coming to life and strange young women with axes, saws and guns and a couple knives went and destroyed the entire lot of most appliances, Amalthea is making a list of the items that will need to be replaced. A fridge, a blender, a toaster, a microwave...this will take some time.

Feel free to catch her as she moves from house to house, jotting down supplies on her very loooooong list.]

...what shall we do without a coffee pot?
